Leadership does not always come with a title, a position, or a place at the front of the room. Every day, we influence the people around us—in our homes, friendships, workplaces, churches, volunteer roles, and communities. The question is not simply whether we lead, but how we can use that influence in a way that reflects the heart of Christ.

Join us for a thoughtful and practical Bible study exploring what Scripture teaches about everyday leadership. Together, we will consider where God has already entrusted us with influence and how we can lead with humility, courage, wisdom, and integrity.

We will talk about the importance of building trust, pursuing unity, listening well, serving others, and working together with grace. We will also consider how to recognize and encourage the gifts God has placed in the people around us—and how ordinary relationships and responsibilities can become opportunities for a greater purpose.

This gathering is not only for business owners, managers, pastors, or people who consider themselves established leaders. It is for anyone who wants to grow in the way they encourage, guide, serve, collaborate with, or care for others. No leadership title or previous Bible study experience is required—just come ready to learn, reflect, and grow alongside others.
